Benjamin Moore Paint?

Hi guys, what type of paint do you recommend for a rental? I used Benjamin Moore for my own place and it takes one coat and looks thick and fantastic. I'm considering doing it for the rental. Problem is Benjamin Moore is on the expensive side.
