My chinese landlady loves me I know she dreams about me seducing her and giving her the night of her life (won't happen unless she signs over the house to me, so let's see. I have standards. I will also triple wrap as don't want hapa kids).
So the house I am in I have both upper and lower and despite my hard work the place is kinda fu**ed up now. Drywall damages, can't get the smell of urine, sperm and vaginal juices out of the carpet and flooring and baseboards. Even guys climbed on the roof and fu**ed it up with shingles gone and rain gets into the attic.
So with bad weather I see an opportunity to use this to get my landlady to do all the repairs and THANK ME FOR BRINGING ALL THE WEATHER RELATED DAMAGES TO HER ATTENTION.
