The 2018 Rent Control Exemption has been a disaster
According to the CMHC 2024 Rental Market Survey, as of Oct. 2024 renters in new builds pay:
🟣 Double in Sudbury
50% more in Toronto
🟣 47% more in London
38% more in Kingston
🟣 37% more in Windsor
