Friends it's been a wild past couple months. She paid me for April but now with the lock down her work has closed again.
The big development is we are now dating since she called me when the lock down started and needed to talk. We've had over 5 dates and it felt weird spending the night in my own rental property.
For those with experience how can I make sure she knows that she still needs to pay the rent?
I'm always a hard ass and no rent, you get the f*** out!!!!
She has been renting from me for the past 10 months. Often pays cash because she has private clients for botox, stretches and whatever. Always warm, well dressed and like a shot of Testoserone into my balls making feel life is good again.
Who is she? She's a beautiful hot as hell single mum from Romania. She arrived in Canada a few years ago and her husband and child but the stress of living in the Canadian slave wage system wore them down and they divorced and the husband returned to Romania.
When she contacted me last year she was very clear she works for a major facial clinic, where they do botox injections as well as chem peels, face lifts, etc. She is a trained nurse in her communist hellhole homeland and she explained all her degrees from Romania were not accept in this land of ice and snow.
She contacted me today and asked if she could use landlord months rent because due to the lockdown by the evil Doug Ford since the start of January. Her clinic was super busy, she said, by all the old birds hoping to look young again and gay men looking to look young and hot so they could get laid.
I verified her story. Because her clinic is in Toronto they have been shut down my Mayor John Tory who is going to Florida every weekend on a private Rogers (rip off monopoly) jet.
I'm a hard liner. I never accept sob stories.
Should I accept this one?
First of all her story is verified.
More important she's mid-30s but compare to the old crusty overweight local Canadian slobs she looks mid-20s, dresses well, and really subservient to me as her landlord. No tats, and just a really hot stunner.
Brothers and sisters, I'm conflicted.
Worked out a payment plan. Figured doing this would be better than having to find a new renter, most of them are vultures these days.
