Can't we make this more efficient?

Should ALL tenants get free lawyers or paralegals at the Landlord and Tenant Board in Ontario? Because now there is no income check toch be represented.

So you can drive your Porsche to the Landlord and Tenant Board because you didn't pay rent on your $5000/month Toronto condo and get a free gov't paid legal rep?

Meanwhile the single mum show really needs help gets pushed back to the end of the line?

And legal aid resources are wasted at the LTB when they are needed elsewhere, such as protecting children and abused women in court.

Just a thought.
