Hi, According there could be several reasons why a property with a good cashflow is in the market to sell.

I didn't mean create a debate, I was simply putting it out there that if anyone was looking for one, I am open and available to meet and greet and discuss PM opportunities.

My experience has been that most PMs charge the equivalent of 1 months rent for their services.
