Covid Tenant Strategies: Must-Have Application Clause

Covid is deadly. Millions have already died and we are now going to enter into the 4th wave.

In order to protect myself I have created a clause that is now in my application.

"Applicants must submit a negative covid test and proof of vaccination for all people residing in the unit who are age 5 and up."

So far not one applicant has had any issues. Many are thanking me for protecting them and want to rent from me ever more!
