Rental property insurance

Hi every one,

I am looking for an insurance company to insure my rental property in Ottawa. However, they refused to give me their quote as I told them that the tenant would be student. I just wonder if any of you have the same problem? Do you know any good insurance company that accepts student tenant or airbnb.
