Kingston Landlords Organizing To Fight Landlord Licensing
There is now some concern in Kingston that landlords there might be required to get a license.
This is not firm, but there are a lot of rumours.
After successfully fighting in Hamilton and Windsor (where I have properties) it would be a good idea for Kingston landlords to be aware of the situation there because you have to deal with this issue fast or they will slip it in and when you get licensing it's difficult to end the program.
