Anyone have experience/advice with tenants on ODSP?

I was just told we cannot collect 3 months worth of rent. ODSP has started paying the money to the tenant (without notifying us) and, in their opinion, they have no obligation to us. If we go after the tenant, there is nothing to collect, the tenant has no wages. SO, I would advise against. The legal clinic told me to forget about the rent. dd
