Fortunately my landlady doesn't give a flying F*CK what I do as long as the rent is paid and everything is kept clean. She lives in Peking or some place in Taiwan or some sh*t. Love this bug lady as a landlord but would not bang her unless offered at least 3 months of rent free living and some gifts like expensive cologne and some suits.
